We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and manage our social media team.

As the Social Media manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across all platforms, managing a team of social media specialists, and ensuring that all team members are performing at their best to achieve our business goals.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that includes all relevant platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
• Manage and oversee a team of social media specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure that all team members are performing at their best
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and constructive feedback
• Work closely with other teams and departments to ensure that our social media efforts are aligned with the overall business strategy
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust our strategy accordingly to ensure we are meeting our goals
• Stay uptodate with changes in algorithms, social media trends, and other digital marketing trends
• Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience
• Manage the company's social media presence and ensure that it is optimized for each platform and provides an excellent user experience
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute social media campaigns
• Manage the social media budget and ensure that all campaigns are executed within budget
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the social media team, setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and promoting professional development
• Lead team meetings, provide regular performance reviews, and maintain team morale
• Report to senior management on the success of social media campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Director, with a track record of success
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tactics, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with other teams and departments
• Analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate social media metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Proactive problemsolving skills, with the ability to take initiative and implement effective solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
