We have partnered with Sports lifestyle brands,ASICS and Skechers and currently have 7 storesspread across East India. We have partnered with Levisas a master franchisee with a plan of opening 10+ stores in 2023.With a portfolio of 25+ stores across India, we are looking toexpand and grow our business presence across India. Our sistercompanies have relationships with several luxury brands and have apresence in 40+ retaillocations.
JobDescription:
Weare looking for a candidate to handle our portfolio of 9 Swarovskistores across Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai. He will be expectedto communicate with the brand from time to time aswell.
Areasof Responsibility:
Training ofEmployees on brand and productknowledge
Ensure brandgrooming standards are adheredto
Ordering andmerchandisingresponsibilities
Efficientinventory management with monthly stock transfers acrossstores
Weekly reviewsof sales performance andKPIs
Execution ofperformance improvement programs and performance developmentprograms
Store StockAuditing and interfacing with external auditagencies
Interfacing withaccounts team to solve possible businesshurdles
Findopportunities for businessexpansion
Talk andnegotiate with mall management as per businessneeds
Hiring of storemanagers and salesexecutives

Graduate Degreeholder
Good atcommunication - both written andverbal
Proficient inExcel
Previousleadershipexperience
3-5 years of retail sales required; retail management experienceand a college degree preferred Excellent organizational, timemanagement, prioritization, and multitasking skills Experience withinterviewing, hiring and evaluating candidates, and assessingemployee performance Basic math skills sufficient to completeorders, calculate inventory, and manage cash registers Ability toreach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry products in order toperform and cover all work floor duties Able to give cleardirections and set expectations for staff Demonstrated ability tolead by example
