Description
InvesQ Property Brokerage L.L.C is seeking an experienced Property Consultant to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct property tours and attend open houses with clients.
  • Leverage personal and professional networks to market and advertise available living spaces.
  • Deal with proeprty developers and attent launching events and other events related to real estate.
  • Analyze client's requirements and match them with suitable properties.
  • Negotiate rental agreements and finalize deals with clients.
  • Offer guidance on how to sell or rent properties quickly and for optimal value.
  • Stay current with market trends and developments.
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
  • Build professional networks and collaborate with developers, mortgage lenders, and banks.
  • Develop an indepth understanding of real estate practices, market standards, and all aspects of renting, buying, and selling properties.
  • Maintain and update property listings with complete documentation and marketing materials.
  • Aim to obtain exclusive property listings and secure a minimum of 2 new properties each week.
  • Address client inquiries regarding contracts and terms of sale or rent.
  • Keep track of daily workflow and schedules using the company's management platform.
  • Meet monthly sales targets assigned.

Qualifications Required:


  • Knowledge of Off-Plan market or Secondary Market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
  • Must be selfmotivated, proactive, and driven to succeed.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Minimum 2 Years (required)
