    1)Meeting with customers to ensure obligations and expectations are achieved.2)Directing the performance of field maintenance and contractual service operations.3)Conducting field education training with field workforce.4)Maintaining customer quality assurance; emphasis on safety managing the expenditure of labor and materials.5)Improving efficiencies managing route schedules and callback rates.6)Providing technical support.7)Authorizing repair orders.8)Follow established procedural framework Write weeklyreports with recommendations and feedback on work in progress / planned and any critical incidences to enhance the scope of work9)Assist the line manager to ensure projects are completed within the budget. Jobholder will carry out Trouble shooting of problems and repairingor replacing faulty parts in elevators and escalatorsRequirementsHigh Schoolwhile a diploma / Vocational training in Electrical & Electronics would be an advantageMinimum 7 years experience of which at least 4 years as a technician in elevator /escalatorfieldStrong technical knowledgeTeam workUAE Experience & driving license are advantagesGood Interpersonal skills in English while Arabicwould be an advantageBenefitsAs per UAE law

    Bachelor

    s Degree in Engineering

    5-12 years experience in the same field

    Engineering standards and codes of practice

    Contract and commercial knowledge

    Negotiation skills

    Computer skills

    Planning skills

    Procurement and selling skills

    Ability to plan, organize, lead, and monitor team efforts to their successful completion
