In this role, youwill:

• Accurately and promptly resolvecustomer queries and requests.
• Deliver anexceptional customer service experience.
• Ensureaccurate cashiering activities.
• Help customersto understand how they can flexibly use HSBC services throughInternet Banking, phone Banking & Self-service points, tomeet their varying needs.
• Gain comprehensiveknowledge of the Bank's full range of products andservices to enable you to connect the customer to the best possibleservice.
• Work collaboratively with colleaguesto ensure every need of the customer can be met within the widerbranch team.
• Treat customers fairly at theheart of all that you do.
