Responsibilities:

Identify and build relationships with local KOLs/influencers/communities, projects and other potential partners to promote in the local market in order to achieve user growth and trading volume growth.

To maintain good relationships with KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long term cooperation.

Be responsible for the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategy, track and analyze channel cooperation results and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.

Keep abreast of local industry developments trends and competitor movements and strategize corresponding actions

Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term.

Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy.

Planning and execution of communications and media actions.

Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches.


Requirements:

Min. 1+ years of proven experience in a business development role preferably in a payment or financial institution.

Understanding of the blockchain business landscape and its specifics

Fluency in English,knowledge of other languages a plus

Data-savvy, understands metrics of marketing and operations

Passionate, ownership, execution oriented, independent and natural team player

A passion for crypto and digital assets

Capable of working under pressure


Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
