Supervise the activities of the palm workers and ensure that all operations are carried out in an efficient and safe manner.
Monitor and manage the production process to ensure that the highest quality standards are met.
Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
Train and develop palm workers to ensure that they are capable of performing their duties in a safe and efficient manner.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the palm workers and provide feedback to them.
Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.
Maintain and update records of production and other related activities.

**Salary: AED3, AED4,000.00 per month (Food and Accommodation Provided by the Company)
