Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records, including contracts, personal information, leave records, and attendance.
  • Support HRrelated documentation such as employment contracts, letters, and other HR correspondence.
  • Handle employee inquiries and address routine HRrelated issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Assist in organizing employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the HR team in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to promote a positive work culture.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and companywide events to boost employee morale and camaraderie.
  • Support performance management activities, including performance appraisals and evaluations.

Administrative Responsibilities:


  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the availability of necessary materials for smooth operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Assist in preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Handle general office correspondence and maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
  • Support the finance department in administrative tasks, such as invoicing and recordkeeping.
  • Assist in managing petty cash and expense reimbursement processes.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven minimum 3 years of experience as an HR & Admin Executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Detailoriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the facility management industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai Healthcare City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
