- Ph.D. in Marketing or a closely related field from a reputable university, preferably AACSB-accredited.
- Knowledge and teaching experience in Hospitality Management is highly desirable.
- Minimum of two years' teaching experience at undergraduate and graduate levels in an internationally reputable, preferably AACSB-accredited, university.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching and curriculum development.
- Strong record of research and peer-reviewed publications in top-tier business/management journals (e.g., SCOPUS, ABDC, ABS) with a commitment to impactful scholarship.
- Evidence of collaborative and interdisciplinary research is an advantage.
- Experience supervising student projects, dissertations, and theses.
- Strong record of professional and community service.
- Design, deliver, and assess undergraduate and graduate courses in Marketing and Hospitality Management.
- Employ innovative, technology-enabled approaches to teaching and learning.
- Provide academic advising to students.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputable journals and conferences.
- Seek external research funding and contribute to collaborative research projects.
- Supervise student research projects, theses, and internships.
- Lead or contribute to curriculum design, program development, and accreditation/quality-assurance processes.
- Participate in departmental, college, and university committees and other institutional service activities.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with industry, government, and community stakeholders, including consultancy and other industry-facing services.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching and research.
- Enhance Ajman University's visibility and reputation through outreach and external engagement.
