    • To be responsible for theorganisation and delivery of operations, administration and supportservice teams across theSchool(s).
    • Implementing a 'serviceculture' and ensuring efficient, effective staff deploymentand, with the Principal, recruitment of high calibre candidates tojoin the Aldar Education operations and support serviceteams.
    • To support and advise the Principal,Senior Leadership and Aldar Education HQ on operational, financialand HSE matters and be accountable for their effectiveness usingrobust performance management systems.
    • Toimplement processes and provide strategic guidance to thePrincipal, Senior Leadership and Aldar Education HQ on Audit andRegulatory Compliance matters, ensuring that schools maintaincompliance throughout the year in all authority and internal auditvisits.
    • To ensure that all operations andsupport service staff are supported with high quality continuousprofessional development and training which contributes to thedevelopment and achievements of theSchool.
