- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Autocad
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

- Fluent in English and another language is an asset

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Estimator role located in Dubai, UAE. As a Sales Cum Estimator, you will be responsible for performing initial assessments of potential projects and providing detailed project cost estimates. Your primary responsibilities will include generating proposals, presenting information to clients, following up with clients, and providing them with accurate and timely estimates. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and time constraints.
