- Cleans and maintains areas ofresponsibility according to set standards andprocedures
- Replenish guestsupplies
- Ensure guests requests are promptlyand courteously met
- Report damage ormalfunction in hotel rooms/areas toSupervisor
- Maintain equipment in a proper stateof cleanliness and repair
- Maintain a sectionroom report as well as a daily productivityreport
- Attend daily briefings with supervisorand takes on daily assigned tasks
- Reports lostand found articles to the housekeeping officeimmediately
- Handle guest complaints, reportingthem to Supervisor immediately
- Report unusualbehaviour/activities in guestroom, floors/ public areas toSupervisor
- Record room status in allocatedsection accurately
- Comply withhotel's health, safety and hygienepolicy
- Adhere to personnel grooming and hygienestandards
- Attend meetings and training sessionsas required
- Carry out valet services whenrequired (e.g. delivery of linen, processing laundryorders)
- Fully understands the difference inguest levels (VIPs) and Room Categories
- Mustadhere to all Lost and Found procedures
- Properfollow up of HK SOPs
- Must comply with all fireevacuation procedures and first aidtrainings
- Must comply with Raffles groomingstandards
- To attend proper trainings and havebest conduct at work
- Good organizationalskills
- Good level of engagement withguests
- Good knowledge of HousekeepingOperations
