Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, including managing relationships with service providers.
  • Manage office calendars and schedules, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and manage office budgets, including tracking expenses and reconciling invoices.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling travel and preparing expense reports.
  • Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
  • Maintain and update office policies and procedures.
  • Assist with planning and executing office events and meetings.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.

Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
