Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, including managing relationships with service providers.
- Manage office calendars and schedules, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and manage office budgets, including tracking expenses and reconciling invoices.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling travel and preparing expense reports.
- Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures.
- Assist with planning and executing office events and meetings.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
