BA in Education (or a similar relevant topic)
Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language
Experience in an American curriculum would be an advantage
Demonstrate professionalism, commitment, and integrity
Interculturally aware with welldeveloped communication skills
Innovative, motivated, resourceful, flexible, patient, and can persevere
Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic
Good spoken communication skills

Job Description:

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, well-qualified, Head of Middle School for one of our Charter Schools in Al Ain to start this year
.

The Charter Schools project is dedicated to public school students based in Al Ain, in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Operated and managed by private education providers, our Charter Schools offer an American-based curriculum from kindergarten through to cycle three, up to Grade 10, with more grades to be introduced as student's progress in their educational journey.
