    Position title: Regional Sales Training Manager – MEAI (Jewelry, Watches & Accessories - JWA)

    Based Location: Dubai HQ - UAE

    Region: Middle East, Africa and India

    Reporting to: Retail Experience Director

    Managing: A team of 3 between direct and functional reports

    Your Mission

  • Illuminate, build, and nurture developmental pathways to redefine the luxurious shopping experience across our retail network , focusing on Jewelry, Watches & Accessories (JWA)
  • Serve as the vital connection between Rome and Dubai HQs, orchestrating seamless communication among internal and external clients and different business units to ensure timely transmission of essential information, skills, and behaviors
  • Lead the Sales Training Department, spearheading the training strategy and autonomously deploying this mission across our extensive retail network
  • Lead a team of trainers supporting their learning and growth journey
  • Main Accountabilities

  • Strategically analyze, evaluate, support, deliver, and continuously improve the comprehensive 4-step training curriculum encompassing product, brand, selling skills, and customer service in the JWA sector.
  • Conduct proactive research, coordination, and leadership in understanding and aligning with competitor activities to enhance our retail experience
  • Foster robust partnerships with local retail managers, internal stakeholders, and Client Advisors (CAs) to craft individualized Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and leverage critical business tools for Training & Development (T&D)
  • Responsible of the deployment of the sales trainings to store manager and sales team on selling skills, including high end ramp up selling skills programs, brand, and H/JWA collections
  • Engage and develop store managers and teams in ongoing commercial training, focusing on continuous improvement in selling skills for client advisors and store managers
  • Provide support to enhance Store Managers' leadership skills for coaching and achieving an excellent client experience
  • Support the Store Manager to become effective team leader able to coach the team towards an excellent client experience
  • Regularly visit stores, offering coaching, reviewing performance, fostering teamwork, and facilitating problem-solving
  • Contribute to Bulgari On-boarding for new hires and refresh existing employees' knowledge
  • Champion all training feedback sessions, managing the complete event process for instructor-led training sessions
  • Identify, update, and monitor retail KPIs, ensuring their relevance in increasing store productivity
  • Spearhead Bulgari's internal social media platforms, elevating digital culture within the MEA network
  • Drive gamification strategies in alignment with incentives, KPIs, and educational objective
  • Manage and track training activities using internal dashboard software, providing comprehensive monthly reports

  • Lead the Sales Training Department, guiding the team towards objectives and promoting professional growth
  • Mentor and develop team members through guidance and constructive feedback for improved skills and performance
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to enhance the department's readiness for effective training delivery
  • Collaborate with senior management to align training initiatives with overall business objectives, presenting detailed strategies and reports
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to achieve departmental goals while optimizing available resources
  • Act as a change catalyst, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization
  • Your profile

  • Possess 5 years of experience in a client-centric industry, demonstrating a commitment to high luxury sensibility and ambassadorship.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities and managerial skills, guiding teams toward common goals.
  • Show a collaborative, flexible approach with a proactive 'can-do' attitude, contributing significantly within the Training department.
  • Technical skills

  • Ability to absorb and understand large quantities of technical information and then to facilitate that information to others who can build knowledge into skills into behaviors.
  • Confident experience in training multiple dimensions - from small groups to large seminars, managing breakouts in class and on the shop floor, and individually on a 1-2-1 basis.
  • Able to have educational impact and trainer presence when training digitally via a variety of platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage simultaneous projects at the same time and a flexible working method.
