Description

As an In-House ERP System Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within the organization. The primary focus will be on HR, Procurement, and Finance modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the ERP system aligns with business needs and enhances operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:


  • ERP Implementation:
  • Lead the implementation process of ERP modules related to HR, Procurement, and Finance.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and tailor the ERP system accordingly.
  • Customize and configure the ERP system to meet organizational needs.

System Administration:


  • Administer and maintain the ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security settings.

Data Management:


  • Oversee data migration and integration processes, ensuring accurate and consistent data across modules.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies to maintain data integrity.

Training and Support:


  • Provide training to endusers on ERP functionalities and best practices.
  • Offer ongoing support to users, addressing issues and optimizing system usage.

Customization and Enhancements:


  • Work closely with vendors and internal teams to implement system updates, patches, and enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for system customization to meet evolving business requirements.

Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with IT, HR, Procurement, and Finance teams to understand their needs and optimize the ERP system to support their functions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

7.


Documentation:


  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.
  • Develop and update user manuals and training materials.

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:


  • ERP System: 5 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Dubai (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dubai: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
