    Job Title: RecruitmentSupervisor

    Location:Ajman United Arab Emirates

    Salary:Negotiable (based on experience andqualifications)

    Minimum Experience:2 years in a supervisoryrole

    Endorsement Certificates:Advantageous (from previous relevantjob)

    Recruiting and GovernmentalServices Center:Tadbeer

    **Note: Thecandidate must be ready work or for relocation to Ajman.Arabicspeaking is amust.**

    Responsibilities:

    1.**Team Leadership and Supervision:**

    Lead andsupervise a team of recruitment officers at Tadbeer centers inAjman ensuring efficient and effective processing of domestic helprecruitment.

    Provide guidance support anddirection to the team for seamless processing of documentation visaprocedures and related tasks.

    2. **ProcessManagement:**

    Oversee the entire recruitmentprocess ensuring officers adhere to local regulations andguidelines set by Tadbeer centers.

    Monitor andstreamline the processing of documentation visa fees medicalscreening insurance and biometric scanning for EmiratesID.

    3. **Training andDevelopment:**

    Collaborate with Tadbeer centersto ensure officers receive appropriate orientation andtraining.

    Implement continuous training programsto enhance the skills and knowledge of the processingteam.

    4. **Compliance and DocumentationOversight:**

    Ensure that all recruitmentactivities comply with local laws and regulations as well as thepolicies of Tadbeer centers.

    Supervise themaintenance of accurate and uptodate documentation related to therecruitment and visa process.

    5. **ClientRelations Support:**

    Assist in building andmaintaining strong relationships with clients seeking domestic helpworking closely with Tadbeer centers.

    Addressclient queries and concerns providing support asneeded.

    6. **Negotiation and ContractAssistance:**

    Support officers in negotiatingterms and conditions with clients including salarypackages.

    Assist in managing contract agreementsand ensure compliance from all partiesinvolved.

    7. **Endorsement CertificateVerification:**

    Oversee the evaluation andverification of endorsement certificates from candidates previousjobs to assess their suitability forrecruitment.

    8. **ReportingCoordination:**

    Collaborate with officers togenerate regular reports on recruitment activities including thenumber of successful placements client satisfaction and teamperformance.

    9. **Continuous ImprovementAdvocacy:**

    Encourage officers to identify areasfor process improvement and contribute to solutions to enhance theefficiency and effectiveness of the recruitmentprocess.

    **Requirements:**

    Proven experience in a supervisory role demonstrating leadershipand team management abilities.

    Arabicspeaking isa must.

    Familiarity with local labor laws andregulations.

    Excellent communication andnegotiation skills.

    Attention to detail and acommitment to maintaining highquality standards.

    Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic workenvironment.
