Lead the Business Development and Technical Recruitment Functions in a proactive manner, in alignment with company growth targets and objectives

• Develop, monitor, and report sales and recruitment metrics & KPIs, executing against annual operational plan.
• Inspire the sales team members to deliver new logos while continuing to expand and maintain the existing client base.
• Managing endtoend recruitment processes in order to ensure successful hiring in line with guidelines.

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month


Experience:

- business development manager: 2 years (required)

- recruitment: 3 years (required)


Ability to Commute:

• Dubai (preferred)
