Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and benefits documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and labor laws.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits, and assist employees with benefitsrelated inquiries.
  • Support payroll processing, including gathering timesheets, verifying hours worked, and coordinating with the payroll department.
  • Assist with employee performance evaluations and maintain performancerelated records.
  • Organize HRrelated training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HRrelated matters, such as policies, benefits, and company procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members and crossfunctional departments to support HR initiatives and projects.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of HR software systems and HRrelated regulations and compliance.
