Alpha Medical Laboratory is an established ISO Accredited and well known medical laboratory based in Dubai. Our testing portfolio spans over 500 plus lab tests and COVID PCR testing

We are looking for a Call Center Agent who will:


Skills Needed for this role:


  • Answer all incoming calls with the appropriate greetings in a timely manner.
  • Answer customer queries and resolve issues faced by customers or direct to appropriate person when needed. Document all calls information as per procedure
  • Should have good convincing and sales ability to close inquiries on tests offered.
  • Should be articulate and well versed to handle difficult customers
  • Educate and upsell medical services to customers when needed based on the customer's needs
  • Work on customer winback strategies.
  • Enter customer's data and other relevant information into database as required.
  • Be up to date on the current pricing and tests details offered by the lab, including discounts thresholds
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and practices
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Language Skills :
English ( mandatory)


Good to have:
Arabic, Hindi, Russian ,


Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
