Operations Manager - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - KHARAFI GLOBAL KUWAIT

Description

• Responsible for the overall Operations, Staff Development, Financial Performance, Reporting, Quality, Hygiene & Safety, compliance with local municipalities' laws and Customer Service of our Coffee chain of restaurants.
• KPIs include Food Cost, Staff Retention, Labor Cost, increasing footfall, and cultivating customer loyalty
• This is NOT an office job. You will be expected to work without daily supervision, understand and interpret P&Ls, be a team builder, and roll up your sleeves to show your managers how it is done.
• Managing your direct reports
• Multi-Unit Managers and Restaurant Managers
• Reporting directly to the MD, you will have full support and authority to drive business to the next level.

• Strong QSR Coffees background and understanding of what makes a brand tick,
• Must have been responsible for multiple units or a region, with a demonstrated track record of success in managing direct reports at the restaurant level
• Experience in operations that include high volume home delivery along with dinein and takeaway business
• Arabic is a plus but not mandatory, willing to relocate
