- Design and build user-facingproducts, owning the entire process from gathering functionalrequirements from teams, through testing and staging, to deployingin a Python-based stack
- Guide theteam in making technicaltrade-offs
- Proactively identifybottlenecks, and areas for improvement and put forth a plan tocourse-correct
- Design and implementmaintainable backend services, including data processing pipelines,APIs, and internal tools
- Adding newfeatures and improving the functionality of existingsystems
- Coordinating with internalteams to understand user requirements and provide technicalsolutions
- Bachelor's degreein computer science, engineering or a relatedfield.
- Minimum 3 years of experiencewith software development; preferablyPython.
- Experience working withFastAPI is an advantage.
