    • You will be jointly responsiblefor the day to day operations of the assigned outlet to ensure ourguests receive nothing but the bestexperience.
    • You will be in charge of warmlygreeting guests assigned to your area of the restaurant, presentingthe menu, recommending and upselling menu items through you passionand knowledge ensuring the highest guestsatisfaction.
    • You will also be in charge ofsetting up and preparing the outlet for service as well as packingit down with care after service has concluded whilst supporting thecaptains and other team members by ensuring there is alwayssufficient equipment polished and ready to go for service, food andbeverages are run to tables in a timely fashion and tables arealways set at a perfect standard.
    • Servingothers is your passion, you will ensuring the outlet is inimmaculate condition and all service standards are adheredto.

    • By taking part in adaily team briefing pre-service, you ensure you are well informedof the daily happenings around the hotel as well as the upcomingservice.
    • During your daily routine, you liaisewith other departments when required to ensure an immaculatepresentation of your outlet and high standards of cleanliness aswell as maintenance are upheld at all times including restaurantfurniture, equipment, floors, fixtures and fittings.
