A leading company is looking to hire Lady Personal Secretary.Roles and Responsibilities -Personal Secretary
- Handling the Managing Directors appointment desks and daily calendar.
- Maintain Executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Ensuring utmost confidentiality, integrity of operations & documentation.
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping if required.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
- Assisting the Chairman and the Director in overall secretarial and administrative support so as to ensure smooth workflow.
- All SOP's related to Quality implementation.
- Need to take care of all other works which is assigned by the Management.
- Reporting to Managing Director.
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduates
- Has experience for at least 1+ yrs as Secretary ,MD
- Sound knowledge in MS Office.
