A leading company is looking to hire Lady Personal Secretary.

Roles and Responsibilities -Personal Secretary

  • Handling the Managing Directors appointment desks and daily calendar.
  • Maintain Executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Ensuring utmost confidentiality, integrity of operations & documentation.
  • Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping if required.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
  • Assisting the Chairman and the Director in overall secretarial and administrative support so as to ensure smooth workflow.
  • All SOP's related to Quality implementation.
  • Need to take care of all other works which is assigned by the Management.
  • Reporting to Managing Director.
  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduates
  • Has experience for at least 1+ yrs as Secretary ,MD
  • Sound knowledge in MS Office.
Driving License - Preferred

Experience : 2-5 years

AED 5,000
