Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role based in Dubai for a professional Surveyor. Responsibilities include conducting land and construction site surveys, preparing detailed measurements and reports, and working closely with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate project designs and implementation. The Surveyor will utilize advanced surveying equipment and software to ensure precision in measurements and compliance with project specifications. Collaboration with stakeholders and adherence to relevant legal guidelines are critical aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in surveying techniques and use of surveying tools such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Ability to prepare detailed site measurements, maps, and reports
- Experience with construction site surveys and ensuring compliance with project specifications
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of relevant regional regulations and guidelines for surveying and land measurement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in surveying within the UAE or GCC region is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS tools) is highly desirable
