1. Falcon Care andWelfare:
   • Provide daily care forfalcons, including feeding, grooming, and monitoring theirhealth.
   • Ensure that falcon enclosures orfacilities are clean, safe, and appropriatelymaintained.
   • Administer medication or treatmentsas directed by a veterinarian, ifnecessary.
   • Monitor and assess falcon behaviorand overall well-being, identifying any signs of stress, illness,orinjury.
2. FalconTraining and Enrichment:
   • Design andimplement training programs tailored to individual falcons'needs and abilities.
   • Use positive reinforcementtechniques to teach falcons desired behaviors, such as recall,perching, and hunting.
   • Provide enrichmentactivities to stimulate falcons mentally and physically, preventingboredom and promoting naturalbehaviors.
3. EducationalPrograms:
   • Develop and delivereducational presentations about falcons, falconry, and relatedtopics for diverse audiences, including schools, community groups,and visitors.
   • Engage with the public to raiseawareness about falcon conservation, ecology, and the importance ofbirds of prey inecosystems.
4. Researchand Data Collection:
   • Participate inresearch projects focused on falcon behavior, physiology, orconservation.
   • Collect and record data on falcontraining progress, behavior patterns, and environmentalinteractions.
   • Assist with the analysis andinterpretation of research findings, contributing to theadvancement of knowledge in thefield.
5. Collaborationand Communication:
   • Collaborate withcolleagues, including veterinarians, biologists, and other falcontrainers, to ensure comprehensive care and management offalcons.
   • Communicate effectively with teammembers, supervisors, and stakeholders, providing updates on falcontraining, health, and programactivities.
   • Maintain accurate records of falconcare, training sessions, and programoutcomes.
