You will provide stellar service to key customers by adopting and driving consultative sales approach within the strategic accounts.

In this role you will have the opportunity to identify customer needs and provide valuable insights to our Sales and Management Team to tailor personalized solutions for each customer.

Responsibilities:
Use your good questioning skills while contacting leads proactively to identify needs and follow-up requests.
You use your senior level expertise to handle more complex or larger accounts.
You answer calls from customers requesting pricing, availability and other information.
You collaborate with multiple departments to find creative solutions to customer requests.
Use your excellent presentation skills to offer solutions to customers in face-to-face interactions and/or via phone and/or email proposals.

You manage a portfolio of upcoming renewals for assigned contracts aiming to get successful renewals with each customer at appropriate pricing and terms.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in a sales or sales related function4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong people skills and ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers and internally with the organization.

Good questioning skills to identify customer needs.
Energetic and self-motivated person that takes initiative.
