Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth of lighting sales by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and designers.


• Collaborate with designers to develop project specifications that meet customer needs.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute sales strategies that drive results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Lighting sales and a deep understanding of industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering required; additional qualifications are an asset.


• A minimum of 6-7 years' experience in Lighting sales is necessary for this role. Strong knowledge of Lighting systems is essential.


• The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills as well as excellent negotiation skills to achieve targets effectively. A valid UAE driver's license is also an asset as travel may be involved from time-to-time. English proficiency is vital for effective collaboration within our international team working on global projects together
