Description

Responsibilities:

  • Has experience working in Amazon and Talabat is a must
  • Develop and implement online sales strategies to drive sales growth
  • Oversee website design, development, and maintenance, ensuring that it is userfriendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms
  • Monitor and analyze online sales data to make informed business decisions and identify areas for improvement
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase customer retention and loyalty
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure the smooth operation of online sales activities
  • Stay uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in online sales and implement best practices to improve online sales performance
  • Manage product inventory, including tracking and forecasting inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Manage customer accounts and track sales performance against goals
  • Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for crossselling and upselling products and services
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy laws and consumer protection laws

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in online sales or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in managing customer accounts and tracking sales performance against goals
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws and consumer protection laws

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
