Stantec is currently looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (HVAC) to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities

Be responsible for all aspects of the Mechanical Design delivery on projects assigned to the individualLead, manage and take ownership of the Mechanical Design team engaged in accurate and quality driven delivery of various projectsCommunicate and coordinate with all Disciplines and Stakeholders on a daily basis, and when required the ability to coordinate with teams across other Stantec Global officesDemonstrate an understanding of budgeting and supporting requirements for project / bidsExcellent communication skills and the ability to liaise directly with Clients, Statutory Authorities, and other 3rd parties as requiredDemonstrate ownership qualities, for the team quality, and the timely delivery of projects


Title:

Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)Qualifications:

Over 10 years of experience working within an International Design Firm, with a focus on Heating Ventilation and Airconditioning (HVAC) Design.

Minimum of five (5) within the Middle East region, preferably the UAEA discipline specific design team leader with a demonstrable career progression with a HVAC bias in the field of Building Services EngineeringExperience with all type of projects including healthcare, hospitality, commercial, residential and refurbishment projects


Interfaces & Communications:
Role resides within the Built Environment Design DivisionReports to Head of Discipline for internal mattersReports to Project Director/Manager for project related matters
