This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Abu Dhabi. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing guidance to clients on property transactions, negotiating contracts, creating property listings, researching real estate market trends and preparing reports, and conducting training for clients. Additionally, the Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for managing property portfolios, providing investment advice and conducting property appraisals as needed.

• Real Estate and Real Property experience and knowledge
• Sales experience and negotiation skills
• Experience in creating and managing training programs
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Certifications such as RERA or CIPS are beneficial
