Looking for an exciting, Product Manager role that gives you the opportunity to manage our product working with a top talented tech team digitising the food supply market with the opportunity to grow a fresh start-up into a successful market-changing business Elkaso is an online platform in the Middle East revolutionizing the ordering and communications process between restaurants & suppliers by digitising the process end to end to ultimately ease the procurement process

Responsibilities:

Define and communicate product requirements and specifications by thinking creatively and rigorously about how to solve problems that have never been solved before at this scaleConstantly analyze customer needs & current market trendsSuggest & prioritize new product ideas & strategies appropriate to – market plansBuild a critical path schedule for solution deployment.

Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary point of contact for user experienceCollect data, user feedback, and market research, and build a solid business case to support 100 feature development without business interruption.

Collect and coordinate feature requests from all departments, making sure to communicate effectively across the organizationCoordinate bug reports and prioritize / change requests in alignment with the tech team towards company


Requirements:
Bachelor degree in product design,engineeringStrong experience in a dynamic product management roleProven experience overseeing all elements of the product development life cycleExcellent interpersonal, organisation & communication skills as well as writing & editing skillsA self motivated & enthusiastic regarding the challenges of a dynamic environmentVery strong analytical skills & mindsetA proactive mentality and a desire to make an impactA sense of urgency, pragmatism and a holistic solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
