- Manage andmaintain employee files
- Stay current withapplicable state and federal laws andregulations
- Anticipate and schedule payrollcorrections
- Generate monthly, quarterly, orannual payroll reports
- Respond to payrollinquiries from employees
- Handle confidentialpay-related information
- Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3 yearsof experience performing payrollfunctions
- Working knowledge of applicable stateand federal payroll regulations
- Strongattention to detail and accuracy
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
- Highlyproficient in Excel and in using payrollsoftware
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in afast-paced work environment
