Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Head (Software Lead) to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software development process and leading a team of talented engineers to deliver high-quality, impactful software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and direction for the software development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (product, design, etc.) to define technical requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
Design, develop, and implement complex software features and functionalities.
Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering their technical growth and development.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Stay current with the latest software development technologies and trends.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance development efficiency and quality.
Estimate project timelines and resources effectively.
Manage project risks and dependencies proactively.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both technical and nontechnical.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1012 years of experience as a software engineer with a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Experience with various programming languages and technologies (familiarity with at least one of the following is preferred):

Front-End:
JavaScript (React, Angular, ), HTML5, CSS3

Back-End:
Python, Java, C#, , PHP

Mobile Development:
Java (Kotlin for Android), Swift (for iOS)

Data Science/

Machine Learning:
Python (R and Scala are also considered a plus)

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Passion for building highquality, maintainable, and scalable software.

Bonus Points:

Experience in a cloudbased development environment.
Experience with DevOps practices.

Experience in a specific industry relevant to our company.
