QualificationsandResponsibilities:

ASite Supervisor or Superintendent with a minimum of 10+ yearsexperience in a General Contracting environment in commercial andinstitutionalconstruction.

Direct fieldsupervision of mid-sized tenant fit up institutional or commercialprojects.

Trade backgroundin carpentry and/or Gold Seal Certification considered anasset.

Effectivesupervision, coordination, and scheduling of construction duties toensure consistent completion of projects on-time, on budget and totheir clientssatisfaction.

Demonstratedleadership, field management and problem-solving skills supportyour collaborative approach to delivering results and developingmembers of theteam.

Theideal candidate is service and results-oriented, able to build andsteward trust with a wide network of colleagues, subcontractors aswell as team members to effect competitive excellence, strong senseof teamwork and unprecedented projectdelivery.

CompensationRange:

$105K to $115K+is the starting salary range, depending solely on the skills andexperience you bring to the table. If you think you deserve morecoming in the door, tell us why and the option may becomeavailable
