Position Overview


  • Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to create more business opportunities.
  • Identify the business's needs and tailor suitable solutions for the clients.
  • Conduct a sales pitch to prospects and convince them to purchase the service.
  • Report on sales opportunities and project performance to the founders and senior team.
  • Develop industry partnerships to enhance outreach and the value proposition.
  • Participate in marketing activities to support business development.
  • Develop a master tracker to track and review the partnership's progress.


  • Bachelors/ Master's degree in Business or related fields.
  • 10 years of relevant Sales or Business Development experience in FinTech Sales and should have good connections with Banks, NBFCs, and Insurance Sectors.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience within AI industry is an added advantage.
  • Able to commence immediately/ within short notice period.
