Requirements
Fluent in English and native Russian At least 2 years of work experience in a sales environment, preferably in the financial sector;
University degree or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics or relevant field); Computer literate

Good knowledge of MS Project, Excel are essential;
Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively network with stakeholders, handle multiple tasks and track and report on progress; Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills;
Self motivated with a willingness to work autonomously in a fast paced, high pressured environment and being able to multi task; Be proactive, show initiative and desire to drive continuous improvement;
Excellent Communication skills (over the phone, one on one and in writing); Excellent numerical/mathematical abilities; Excellent oral and presentational skills;
Ability to work, interact and communicate with other team members and other departments; Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis;
Ability to reach monthly targets; Experience in working with CRM is considered to be an advantage;
Team player with a high level of positive energy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting at the executive level.

Experience leading and managing direct and indirect reports, including success in coaching, driving results, delivering performance feedback, and motivating a team through collaboration. Team player with a high level of positive energy, integrity and ability to influence, interface, and gain credibility across different levels in the organization.
