Salary:
Competitive, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

Liaise with government entities for visa processing, license renewal, and other necessary approvals
Manage and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Act as a point of contact for government agencies and other organizations
Keep abreast of changes in government regulations and policies that may impact the company's operations
Prepare and submit required documents to government agencies in a timely manner
Represent the company in meetings and other events with government officials and other stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with government agencies and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Manage Format Bills and Naqodi
Manage Insurance Authority / Central Bank Portals
Manage Tawteen Portal
Assist in hiring of UAE Nationals
Assist Line Manager in building Emiratisation Strategy
Create reports as required by the Line Manager and Management
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management and Line Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
At least 3 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer in the UAE
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of UAE government regulations and procedures
Experience in dealing with government agencies and other stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Fluency in English and Arabic
