The Company:
Expotrade is a global conference and event organiser with its head office based in Melbourne, Australia and a regional office in Dubai.
The Opportunity:
Expotrade is currently recruiting multiple Sales Consultants to join their outbound sales team working on Australian events from their regional office in Dubai.
The Role:
Your role will focus on the sales of conference tickets over the phone. This is a full-time position requiring you to work Monday to Friday (6:00am to 3:00pm).
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- To contact existing and new clients (lists provided) from bluechip companies and present benefits of our events, and secure their participation as delegates (attendees)
- To initiate and maintain timely followups with clients
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Maintaining and updating client data on our internal CRM
- 2-5 years of B2B sales or Call Centre experience essential
- Experience in outbound calling with a high level of determination and motivation to achieve targets
- Excellent English speaking and business writing skills.
- Selfmotivated with a positive attitude
Key Performance Indicators:
- Meeting and exceeding set sales targets

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Call Center (Outbound Calling): 2 years (preferred)
- B2B Sales: 2 years (preferred)
