    Partner with revenue and commercial leadersto develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned withbusiness goals, focusing on organizational design, workforceplanning, talent management, and employeeengagement.

    Act as a consultant to management onhuman resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion andchange agent.

    Analyze trends and metrics with theHR department to develop solutions, programs, andpolicies.

    Manage and resolve complex employeerelations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objectiveinvestigations when necessary.

    Provide day-to-dayperformance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching,counseling, career development, disciplinaryactions).

    Work closely with management andemployees to improve work relationships, build morale, increaseproductivity and retention.
