Job Description The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

They assess training needs, develop training materials, and facilitate engaging and informative sessions. The Specialist monitors and evaluates training effectiveness, making improvements as needed. They also collaborate with subject matter experts and department leaders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals. Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the organization.
• Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions in-person or virtually.
• Use a variety of instructional techniques to engage participants and enhance learning.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make enhancements as necessary.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
• Adapt training programs to align with organizational goals and changing needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, training and development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
