We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is remote, so you can work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.


Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude
  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely shipment
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
