    Position Type:
    Full-Time, Live-In

    Gender Preference:
    Female (due to shared accommodations)

    A prestigious and private estate seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to oversee the maintenance and organization of our luxurious property.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and order, ensuring that our discerning clients experience the epitome of luxury living.


    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise Housekeeping Staff: Lead a team of housekeeping professionals, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining a positive work environment.
    • Cleaning and Maintenance: Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, and special spaces.
    • Inventory Management: Manage and track household supplies, ensuring that the property is well stocked with high quality products.
    • Laundry Management: Coordinate and oversee laundry services, including delicate fabrics and high end clothing.
    • Client Interaction: Interact with high end clients, understanding their preferences, and ensuring their needs are met with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
    • Event Support: Collaborate with event planners to ensure seamless execution of events held on the property, maintaining a pristine environment before, during, and after events.

    Requirements:

    International Experience:
    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Head Housekeeper in international, high-end private properties.

    • Exceptional Organization Skills: A proven track record of maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization in similar settings.
    • Discretion and Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
    • Leadership Skills: Experience leading and managing a housekeeping team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with high profile clients.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a dynamic schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
