Responsibilities

Serve as the primary support lead for Dynamics 365, focusing on Commerce (Retail), Supply Chain, and Finance modules, addressing issues related to Retail, Insurance, Inventory, and Finance Operations.

Engage directly with end-users across retail, supply chain, and finance departments to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to business processes.

Conduct in-depth training sessions for staff on leveraging Dynamics 365 ERP functionalities effectively, emphasizing features relevant to retail, supply chain, and finance operations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities, optimizing ERP configurations to support evolving business needs.

Lead in the deployment of ERP system updates, including pre-deployment testing, rollout planning, and post-deployment support.

Oversee and manage security role configurations and user permissions across ERP, ensuring secure access control and compliance with data protection regulations.

This includes creating, modifying, and assigning roles; conducting periodic access reviews; and resolving security-related issues.

Maintain necessary documentation of system configurations, processes, and user instructions.

Analyze system performance, proposing and implementing improvements to enhance reliability, user experience, and business value.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong understanding of supply chain management and retail operations.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in supporting ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365 Finance, Operations, and Commerce.

Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex ERP system issues.

Excellent expertise in data management using Excel is a must. This includes advanced formulas, pivot tables, and the ability to manage and analyze large datasets effectively

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business users.

Proven track record of conducting effective training sessions and developing user-friendly documentation.

Experience with SQL, database management, and basic programming concepts is preferred.

Certifications in Dynamics 365 ERP modules (Commerce, Operations, Finance) are highly desirable.

Pay:
AED6, AED8,000.00 per month
