Description

Assist the maintenance engineer in thepreparation of a preventive

maintenance plan forelectrical systems and provide relevant technicalsupport

as required.

 Performroutine diagnostic checks on automated systems, monitorautomated

systems, isolate problems, and performrepairs.

 Receive breakdown reports/servicerequisition from concerned department to

carryout any repairing of electrical work.

 Diagnoseelectrical issues and propose the corrective course ofaction.

 Repair and replace faulty wiring orelectrical systems.

 Prepare Service Order andfurther process for approval.

 Readspecification of diagnosis on work performed and analyze the natureof

repairing works and required accessories tocarry out such repairs.

 Prepare spare partsrequest slip/spare parts return note and coordinatewith

Store department for suchaccessories.

 Ensure that repaired works is inappropriate condition without any safety issue.

Handle damaged electrical items and ensure that if can be repairedor not.

 Maintain data base of repair work andprepare reports relating to major

electricalrepairing.

 Prepare and review of maintenancerelated documents.

 Take feedback from concerneddepartment after repairing of electrical works.

Prepare and deliver reports to the Maintenance Engineer on allelectric and

maintenance works.

 Inspect of repaired electricalitems.

 Maintain a clean and safe workingenvironment.

 Gather information from customersabout issues with their electrical system.

Corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance should beperformed as

needed.

 Assemblemechanical components according tospecifications.
