  • Fluent
    ARABIC Mandatory:
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, transportation management, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Relevant experience in call center management, fleet management, or the transportation industry is highly desirable.
  • To oversee the daytoday operations of the call center.
  • Managing and supervising call center agents, monitoring call volumes, and ensuring that service level agreements are met.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing call center policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Involved in training new agents, conducting performance evaluations, and handling escalated customer issues

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
