Position Objective:

The primary responsibility of this role is to represent the brand and contribute to sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, provide assistance with product selection, and promote our Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
• Possess up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about various brands within our group for effective suggestive selling.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance, adhere to visual merchandising guidelines, and ensure stock norms are met at all times.
• Operate the POS system efficiently, process payments accurately, and maintain inventory records.
• Work extended hours during sales periods, possess flexibility in working shifts, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and loss prevention policies.
• Confidentiality of sales figures and store information is strictly maintained.
