    Job Title: HSE Section Head (Renewable Energy & Cooling)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEExperience: 6 – 8 YearsLanguage: Required excellent in Arabic and EnglishJob Description
    • The HSE Section Head (Renewable Energy & Cooling), in collaboration with the HSE Director, plans and presents the section budget, controls expenditure, and ensures that adequate resources are available.
    • Liaise with the HSE Director to develop and prepare annual HSE objectives that align with the Companies strategic objectives.
    • Plan, suggest, and develop HSE standards and procedures, subject to HSE Director approval.
    • Ascertain that the HSE workload is distributed fairly among all members of the HSE staff, that the work plan is understood by all, and that SMART objectives have been established and will be met through effective OKRs.
    • At least 6-8 years of experience in Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection and HSE Management Systems and Procedures development and regulations, of which five years have held a similar position.
    • Extensive experience in local regulations and standards (ex: OSHAD SF) , and ability to communicate with local regulatory authorities in both English and Arabic language.
