    Description

    High level of skill and experience on Revit MEPF, Structure and other Building servicesFully conversant with BIM 360 with the ability to fully configure collaborationFull understanding of LOD SpecificationsAbility to lead & Guide a team of junior BIM / Modelers/ EngineersTraining and upskilling project delivery teams in BIM processes and tools.


    Working knowledge and proficiency with the following:

    Collaboration and data management solutions: BIM 360 Suite, Assemble, Synchro, Navisworks, and BIM-enabled estimating toolKnowledge of Industry BIM standards, processes and general approachesResponsible for Planning, Scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects on multidisciplinary projects.

    Responsible for implementing Revit standards, templates, and Revit family creation.
    Providing Revit support the MEP department on design and technical issues.
    Collaborating 3D models with Structural, Architectural, and MEP for coordination reviews.
    Setting up projects to comply with the relevant CAD/BIM Standards.
    Establishment of documented processes, procedures and workflows.
    Initiate model for each project and prepare for the production team.
    Break down of Model and distribution among team members.
    Managing interoperability of BIM and design / Engineering tools.


    ProfileProficiency in BIM Software:
    Mastery of BIM software is essential.

    Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Autocad and Navisworks / ACC-BIM 360PHE System Knowledge:
    In-depth understanding of PHE systems, including different types of equipment, piping, controls, and their interactions within a building's structure, Drainage, Wataer, Fire Fighting, GAS etc

    Building Systems Coordination:
    The ability to coordinate MEP systems with other building systems (structural, architectural, MECHANICAL, Plumbing, etc.) to identify and resolve clashes or conflicts3D Modeling and Visualization: Proficiency in creating accurate 3D models and visualizations of MECHANICAL systems to communicate design concepts effectively

    AutoCAD Skills:
    Knowledge of AutoCAD for detailed drafting and documentation of MECHANICAL systems is often a requirement in this role

    Documentation:
    Ability to generate detailed PHE drawings, schematics, and specifications for construction and permit applications

    Time Management:
    Efficient project management and time management skills to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure project progression

    Communication:
    Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical information to various team members

    Quality Control:
    Ability to review BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and coordination with project requirements.
    Attention to detail in maintaining data integrity within the BIM model.
    Implementation of quality control processes to ensure model accuracy.


    COBie :
    Strong knowledge of COBie implementation/delivery deliverables at LOD 300.

    Problem resolving :
    Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems

    Standards :
    Extensive knowledge of BS 8536, PAS 1192, ISO 19650 series, BIM Form

    Continuous Learning:
    A commitment to staying updated with the latest BIM software advancements, MEP industry trends, and best practices

    Detail Orientation:
    A keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of BIM models and documentation

    Adaptability:
    The capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and technologies

    Quality Control:
    Ability to review BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and coordination with project requirements

    Dynamo :
    Proficiency in Dynamo scripting tools would be of advantage

    Coordination and Clash Detection:
    Expertise in coordinating MEP systems with architectural and structural elements. Proficiency in using clash detection tools to identify and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other building components.
