Key Responsibilities:

  • Organization and management of the sales process through various distribution channels (retail, local networks, wholesale)
  • Making Market research and analysis;
  • Active promotion of the company in the region of presence, attraction of new customers, contracts formation;
  • Ensuring highquality work of the distributor with customers of the wholesale channel, and with optimal structure of product supply;
  • Ensuring the implementation of regional direction indicators of in terms of sales.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Experience in developing and managing budgets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.

Salary:
AED8, AED11,000.00 per month


Experience:


  • Commercial officer: 5 years (required)
  • F&B: 5 years (required)

Language:


  • Russian (preferred)
